Barbecue & Hog Roast Selection


Our Barbecues are served with freshly baked buns, French stick, fried onions, mushrooms, chopped mixed salad, traditional or Thai spiced coleslaw, potato salad (or hot minted new potatoes), dressings, relishes and a range of sauces.

Choose from:

Traditional Pork Sausages or Cumberland wheels

Beef Burgers – add cheese, bacon, pickles, jalapenos etc….

Boneless BBQ, blackened cajun or Piri Piri Chicken Pieces

Kebabs – chicken, lamb, beef, seafood, vegetable

Steaks – Fillet, Sirloin, Rib eye, Rump, Lamb, Tuna

Pulled Shoulder of Pork

Slow cooked brisket

Racks of ribs with either maple glaze, 5 spice or barbecue sauce

Whole fish – Red Mullet, Sea Bass, Bream or Mackerel

Additional options;

slices of watermelon

grilled corn on the cob

Mac and cheese

padron peppers

American style hotdogs – add cheese, guacamole, fried onions, chilli etc….

For vegetarians and vegans we can provide sausages, burgers and kebabs.



Enjoy a half or full pig slow roasted. This can be served simply with buns, stuffing, apple sauce and crackling or make it into a meal adding salads, potatoes, vegetables of choice.
