TRADITIONAL  AFTERNOON TEA

Selection of Finger Sandwiches – roast chicken breast & stuffing, turkey & cranberry, poached salmon & cucumber, roast beef & horseradish, ham and English mustard, egg and cress, cheese and red onion, coronation chicken etc…..
Selection of plain and cream cakes – eg. lemon drizzle, flapjack, coffee and walnut cake, chocolate brownies, millionaires shortbread, cream scones with fresh strawberries,  individual victoria and chocolate sponge cake with jam and fresh cream, chocolate profiteroles etc..

AFTERNOON TEA PLUS

As Menu 1 plus; miniature buns with Port of Lancaster smoked salmon and dill mayonnaise , coldwater prawns with marie rose and tuna & sweetcorn. Savoury Vol au Vonts, homemade sausage rolls, slices of quiche – stilton and broccoli, roasted pepper or vine tomato, Honey and grain mustard glazed sausage skewers and cocktail pork pies.

 

GOURMET AFTERNOON TEA

As Menu 1  plus miniature buns with Port of Lancaster smoked salmon and dill mayonnaise , coldwater prawns with marie rose and tuna & sweetcorn. Moroccan style humous, apricot and coriander croustade, toasted rounds with rare fillet steak,strawberry and bernaise sauce, honey and mustard sausage skewers, stilton and cream cheese cups, tomato, mozzarella, pesto & black olive croustade and smoked chicken and redcurrant bites.

 

Afternoon Teas can be delivered or served as a buffet, or alternatively served to guest tables with traditional 2 and 3 tiered stands.
