HOT SANDWICHES – choose a selection from bacon, sausage, pulled pork, gammon, turkey, pulled beef, vegetarian -all served with accompaniments. Add sleeves of chips
BOWL FOOD – Chilli con Carne, Thai Green Chicken Curry, Chicken and Chorizo Casserole, Mushroom and Courgette Stroganoff (V) served with rice
CHEESE TABLE – selection of local and regional cheeses served with French bread, biscuits, grapes, celery, butter and chutney. Add Platters of Continental Meats, Olives, Pate and a tomato and red onion salad
HOT POT SUPPER – beef steak slowly cooked with onions, carrots, potatoes in a rich gravy topped with short crust pastry and served with mushy peas, beetroot and red cabbage. For vegetarians perhaps Mediterranean Vegetables cooked in a tomato and basil sauce, topped with sliced potatoes and finished with grated Lancashire cheese
BEEF LASAGNE – minced beef steak, herbs, tomatoes, béchamel sauce, lasagne topped with grated cheese OR VEGETARIAN LASAGNE – Mediterranean vegetables, herbs, tomatoes, béchamel sauce, lasagne topped with cheese. Both served with garlic bread and chopped mixed salad.
PIZZA – Selection of tasty pizza toppings, sliced and simply served or create a buffet and add salads and garlic bread.
